Chelsea throws a mean Birthday Party and Carmen Valentine's 23rd was no exception! So we got Carmen her favorite vodka... and tricked her with a cheaper one and she proclaimed: "The Goose get's ya loose!" and we laughed and showed her the much cheaper Smirnoff bottle and told her she was fooled!!!
